Meet your Fall 2024 Recruitment Counselors!
We are so excited to announce the Fall 2024 Recruitment Counselors! Recruitment Counselors play an important role in the primary recruitment process. Each recruitment counselor volunteers to disassociate from her chapter for the duration of primary recruitment in order to serve as an unbiased Greek leader for a group of potential new members. Upon bid day, recruitment counselors reunite with dearly missed sisters in their own chapter and reveal their affiliation to the women who have recently accepted bids.

Jamie Rock
Being an RC was so much fun! It gave me the opportunity to experience recruitment from a whole new perspective, and I got to meet a ton of new people throughout the process! I especially liked how I got to know girls from other chapters who were also RCs...it made me feel so much closer to our Panhellenic community! The best part though was helping the new girls, they were so fun to chat with, and they were practically my children by the time pref round came around. If you’re thinking about being an RC do it!! It’s a ton of fun, and you won’t regret it!

Caroline Odom
Getting the opportunity to be a recruitment counselor this year was one of the coolest opportunities I have been apart of! As a recruitment counselor I had the chance to meet to so many women who are apart of other chapters that I would have never met otherwise. Also getting to see your PNMS run to their homes on bid day is so exciting . Being a recruitment counselor is such a rewarding experience to help you get more involved in the Panhellenic community!

Peyton Jenkins
Being chosen to serve as a recruitment counselor was one of the best honors of my college career. The seemingly long days flew by due to being surrounded by the strongest women of Panhellenic. Not only did I learn leadership and organization skills, I came out with friendships that will last a lifetime and I am so grateful for that. The young women I got the chance to help through recruitment will all hold a special place in my heart, and now being able to see them thrive in their new homes has been the most rewarding part of it all!
-
Maggie Grant
Being an RC was the best decision I ever made throughout my time in Panhellenic. We made a community of our own and had some much fun through recruitment! It allowed me to meet so many great people and also help new members find their way home! I had such a good connection with my RC and she made me want to become one myself and I am so glad I did!

Kenna-Faith Hovey
Being a recruitment counselor this past recruitment year was beyond rewarding! I made so many good connections and friends in other chapters that I wouldn’t have had the pleasure of meeting without being an RC. I also had the privilege of meeting so many pnms as well and helping them through their process and seeing what chapters they ended up in. I still have these connections even after recruitment which is nice to have around campus. I wouldn’t change this experience for the world and would encourage anyone to take this leadership position!
